This quality assurance system is documented in a management manual which is equally binding for all employees and specific to UGS Energy. The manual is regularly updated and used as the basis for audits and certifications.

The quality of supply and services through subcontractors is regulated through the management manual and the general UGS Energy supply and services conditions - from selecting and ordering right through to installation on the operation site.

The quality management manual also contains regulations for the proper handling of equipment and products made available by contracting clients.
